Our first author study was
about Eric Carle! He is an author AND illustrator!
Eric Carle creates his pictures
by painting paper and then cutting out shapes.
We wrote a class book and
made Eric Carle art modeled after two of his great books!
The 1st graders used the
book "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?"
and the 2nd graders used
"Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What Do You Hear?"
to complete this fun project.
The completed class book is on display in our classroom!
